Power ON/OFF: There is no power on/off button on Hearing Aids. when you take the device out of the charging box. it is in power on. if you put the device into the charging case, it is in power off.

LOW Battery Warning: if charging case is in low battery, the middle indicator light become flashing blue to remind you of charging. if the case is charging ,the light become flashing green.

HOW TO CONTROL VOLUME AND OCCASION MODE ?

Volume adjustment(8 Volume Level): short press for 1S to increase the volume (1 beep), when the sound is loudest, you will hear 2 beeps.

SELECT OCCASION AUDIO MODE :long press for 3s to switch mode,you can hear 1 beep in mode 1(suitable for watching tv and chatting with family at home).choose mode 2 you can hear 2 beeps(suitable for Louder indoor public place, getting together) .if adjust to mode 3(suitable for noisy environment like park with many peopal talking) , you can hear 3 beeps

NOTICE HERE: this Rechargeable Hearing Amplifiers is not suitable for severe hearing impairment. Only Design for Mild to Moderate Hearing Loss. if you can’t insure you are in which level hearing loss, The best suggest that You visit a hearing center to get an consultation for your specific type and severity of hearing loss.

Hearing Training Guidance ： in order to make you feel comfortable for our hearing aid. you need a adaptation process. please wear it according to our guidance.

WEEK 1:

Start to wear your hearing aids at quiet listening environments. we suggest Wear them for 1~2 hours per day. Normally you may catch unfamiliar sounds during this period. Just slowly suit to you spend using hearing amplifier.

WEEK 2 :

You might take a walk in the park or along the forest to catch various natural sounds such as birds chirping . you can hearing different sounds more clear than before. Recommend Wear this hearing sound amplifier for 4~8 hours per days

WEEK 3 :

You try to wear hearing device to go to pubilc areas with Noisy such as restaurants or train stations. but adjust the sound suitable volume level and mode 3 before go out. Recommend Wear it no more than 8 hours per day

WEEK 4:

Gradually increase your wearing time per day, until you start to feel comfortable for as long as you can. at this period. you can prepare to travel like beach vacation and catch various natural sounds from sea such as tide pushing, conch,wind etc. bring lots of fun voice to you by our hearing aid

Why does the hearing aid rechargeable have loud screeching sound ?

The contact part of the earplug didn’t fit completely the ear canal result in the sound of hearing aid to be leak out, at the same time the leaking voice is recorded by the microphone to amplified circularly, therefore screeching sound come into being .Please use the correct wearing method to ensure that the hearing closely match the ear canal to avoid sound feedback and howling.Do not touch the little loudspeaker which is used for reception with your hands during use, otherwise it will make noise.
