Step 2: Long Slow Strokes

Begin with 3-5 long, slow, gentle up-and-down strokes as displayed in the diagram above. These long strokes should take about 30 seconds per treatment region to complete.

Step 3: Short Quick Strokes

Use short, quick, gentle up-and-down strokes in a 1″ area for 3 seconds. Then rotate The Tool 90 degrees in the same area and repeat, forming a “+” shape. Repeat in both directions over the treatment regions for a total of 30 seconds.

Step 4: Repeat Both Strokes

Repeat this pattern of long and short strokes for each area on the face, neck and chest. In total, it should take less than 5 minutes to massage the entire face, neck and chest area.
