When faced with Arm & Shoulder trauma at home, outdoors or on the road, you can count on MPA’s Arm & Shoulder Splint Kit to keep fractures, breaks, sprains and strains immobile to help prevent further damage and injury to the wound. Compact and easy to add to current First Aid Kit or Survival Kit, carry in Backpack, Car, Truck, Overland or RV. Built by the MPA Emergency Medics, this Splint Kit includes everything you need to accomplish the same treatment most often provided in emergency medical situations. The 36” long comfort-coated Aluminum Splint (similar to the SAM Splint) is moldable and mailable to properly fit all sizes of limbs and provides comfortable, yet rigid support with no sharp edges. The Splint is extra wide for superior support to arms and shoulders but can also be used on legs or cut into strips to form finger splints. After molding the splint to fit the injured area, gently wrap the included Elastic Bandage around the splint and the limb to secure the splint to the damaged appendage or joint and use the self-closure to keep it in place. Once the splint is in secure, the 2 large Cravat Triangular Bandages act as a Sling to keep the damaged limb or joint immobilized until you can seek further treatment at a hospital. Includes (1) 36” Aluminum Splint, (1) 4” x 5 yds Elastic Bandage with Self Closure and (2) 40” x 40” x 56” Cravat Triangular Bandages. The MPA Splint Kit comfort-coated with no sharp edges and easy to cut with scissors to fit most ages and limb sizes including fingers, toes, wrists, ankles and more.
