How to Avoid Hearing Aids Whistling or Squealing? TURN OFF

Turn off the hearing aids by long pressing for 6s before put it back to charging case.

MIND MICROPHONE

Don’t cover the microphone with your hands, hair or hat. Turn on the device by long pressing for 3s after they’re properly fit.

SIZE of EARPLUGS

Choose the ear domes fit your ear canal. We provide 4 types in different sizes of domes within the package.

CORRECT WEARING

Make the small hole facing up when wearing. Insert the devices deeply into ear canal for better effects.

Turn on the device’s Bluetooth search & connect “T001” on Iphone (headphone shape on Android phone).

(Android Phone) Check and make sure the “Call audio” and “Media audio” be opened.

Step 5

Answer/end/reject a call can be done on hearing aids or your device. Adjust volumes only on device.

Do they come with more than one size earbud?

Yes, they come with 10 pairs (4 types) in different sizes (S,M,L). Please try one by one and find the most suitable pair of earplugs for you.

What can I do when only one hearing aid worked?

Please rearouped manually ( Long press the left and right heaing aids for 6s to turn off, then press them again for 6s concurrently to “Pairing”.) or put both hearing aids back to charging case and then take out to “Pairing”.

What can I do if hearing aids keep whistling or squealing?

1. Change ear domes to fit your ear canal.

2. Wear hearing aids to the correct posture and tighter.

3. Make sure nothing is covered on microphone.

4. Adjust the volume from lowest volume and increase gradually.

Is there a routine maintenance of the hearing aids?

1. Cleaning the hearing aids and charging case with soft cloth and cleaning brush.

2. Keep them away from physical shock, moisture, heat and store in a cool, dry place.
