Question 1: Why I feel uncomfortable and hurt when I first start wearing it?

Our ear need adapt to the hearing devices. Give us about 4 weeks, you will gradually adapted to the hearing aids.

Question 2: Why my hearing aids whistle sometimes ?

Usually Wearing it inproperly result in the disturbing whistling or squeaking noise coming from device is caused by called feedback.

Please chooese the appropriate ear domes according to the size of the ear canal and Make sure the “ear domes” fit snugly in your ear . If your hearing aid’s ear domes does not fit in your ear properly, sound will leak out and back into the device’s microphone, causing the whistle sound.

Second check the instruction card for the correct wearing of the hearing aid, as mistake wearing can also cause whistling.

Third Clean regularly as dust and stains can cause whistle either.

Question 3: Why one of my hearing device not working when I first use it?

All hearing aids are fully charged. However, there might be a slight loss of power while store at the warehouse, charge the hearing aid for a while, it will be ready to use!

Question 4: There’s a power LED dispaly screen, but it’s not touchable, so how do I know how much power is left?

There is two cases that the LED screen will auto turn on. First when the power of charging case or hearing devices are used up, the LED screen will light up automatically. Second, when you charge the power case, it would light up, you can check the remaining power at this time.
