The APP dolphin hearing need running upon Android 13. If you phone couldn’t install dolphin hearing, please try APP forsound.

Why the sounds have not amplified?

The the sounds amplifier isn’t fitting you, please reset the devices and do the hearing test and setting again. Need restart the devices after reset–Put them into the charge case and take out again will restart the device.

Why the battery life is short than 15hrs?

The battery life is about 12 hrs only for the sounds amplifier, if you use them for music, the battery life is below 5 hrs.
