2. How do I open the transparent lid at the top?

Use thumb and forefinger respectively on the small cylindrical protruding at the bottom of the lid, thumb clockwise hard rotation, can be easily opened

3. After using for a while, if has moisture in the lid, please try open the top lid, wiping it with a dry cloth, and continue to use.(Moisture do not affect use)

4. Why are there some fallen flowers on the top

It fell off in transit. You could open the top to clean up the fallen flowers.(Falling flowers do not affect use)

5. Why the mist is so small?

The adapter used does not output enough current. Note: The greater the output current of the adapter used, the greater the mist.
