Oils leaking?

1. Screw the loose bottle tight properly.

2. Ensure the product is placed horizontally. Knocking down the device will cause oil leakage.

3. Use alcohol to clean the blocked atomization head.

No mist and fragrance?

1. According to the FAQ of the APP QUICK START GUIDE check whether to set a correct working cycle and working time.

3. If the atomization head is blocked, use alcohol to clean the device.

How to clean the machine?
