If the dome is too big, your ear canal may feel the pressure and cause uncomfortable.

If the dome is too small, the sound will leak and you may hear a terrible squealing.

These domes could perfectly match with the majority of Resound open-air / RITE / Mini RITE hearing devices, or Phonak, Signia, Beltone, Otofonix, LifeEar, Retone, Advanced Hearing, Austar, NewSound, Hearing Assist or MD hearing aids. These domes are NOT suitable for some RIC models with BIG receivers.
