Easy Operations

Turn on: Press multifunction button 2 for 6 seconds.

Turn off: Press multifunction button 2 for 3 seconds.

Volume Control: Press button 1 to increase volume, press button 2 to decrease volume.

Program Switch: Press button 1 for 3 seconds to switch from 4 hearing modes.

Are they hearing aids or personal sound amplifier product (psap)?

Lentorgi hearing aids are not sound amplifier, they have powerful digital chip to reduce background noise and amplify sounds that really matters, which is conversation. They works good in watching TV, daily chats, shopping, etc.

Can I wear a single hearing aid?

It would be better to wear two hearing aids as they provide balanced signals so the brain can process more effectively and you will experience better hearing clarity. But you can wear a single one if you feel better or doctor suggest to do so.

Is there a routine maintenance of these hearing aids?

1.Cleaning the hearing aids and charging case with soft cloth and brush.

2.Replace the ear domes and sound tubes every few months.

3.Keep them away from moisture, heat, make-ups, etc.

What should I do if they keep whistling?

1.Change ear domes to fit your ear canal.

2.Make sure nothing is covered on microphone.

3.Start from lowest volume setting and increase gradually.

Does it works for people with severe hearing loss or deafness?

These hearing aids only works for people with mild to moderate hearing loss. People with severe hearing loss may not benefit from them. They don’t work for people with deafness.
